My name is Oly and I'm the founder and head trainer at K​O Fitness .We can work​ together to design a custom program to meet your specific fitness and nutrit​ion goal. I specialize in weight and fat loss, nutrition, boxing, strength and conditioning and sport specific training.

You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout.


As your coach, we ensure that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury.

We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise – too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.

Nutritional Coaching through and app is also provided to make sure what goes in your body will hep you achieve your ultimate goal.


We take pride in keeping up to speed on the latest science and technology information associated with health, exercise science and nutrition.


We measure your results using a variety of objective and subjective data. Some examples includes:

• Weight

• Body fat %

• Before and after pictures

• Strength tests

• Performance tests

1 on 1 or 1 on 2 Training 

1 on 1 personal training at my facility or at your home/apt gym. Also available is 1 on 2 training where you can train simultaneously with a friend or a as a couple.  

Custom app Training

Train on your own via my iPhone or android app with detailed exercise instructions and program design to keep you accountable

Virtual 1 on 1 Training 

Train live 1 on 1 with me over the zoom face time. You can be live in a gym, in the comfort of your home or even on vacation.

Small Group/ Group Training

Get together with a few friends or other clients of mine and train together.
